We program for the basics - bars, squat racks, benches, and power racks. We use some dumbbell movements but most can be substituted.
The programming calls for a lot of bodyweight movement, as well. You do not need any special equipment to follow the program.
Myself and Chris Lawyer, author of the program, will also help you to adapt the program with alternative lifts based on whatever equipment you have available.
